  • Barre is a low impact, muscular endurance class that grooves to the beat of the music. You’ll increase your coordination, flexibility, and strength so you—and your body—can carry a full grocery load in one trip!

 
 
 

PUMPED UP STRENGTH

  • We’ll break it down move by move, so you can confidently move through each sequence, pumping a little more weight each week (a totally brag-able moment!). You’ll feel the strength of every muscle by the end and know you’ve accomplished something great for yourself.

Instead of shaming you into coming to class, we celebrate what your body can do and how exercise should make you feel.
